Part of the legacy team which built & maintained a platform for judges to use for viewing & managing evidence. Provided a suite of tools consisting of several components to professional users for document handling. Carried out performance benchmarks to test code resiliency using Gatling on production facing areas. Conducted calls with judges assisting them with any bugs & issues encountered, rectified any issues reported in a professional and quick manner. Created tickets using Jira through KanBan. Docker was utilised for local system setup; pipelines run in Jenkins, and deployed to an Azure cloud environment. Migrated from protractor to codecept JS whilst concurrently focusing on further enhancing the E2E suite. Resolved dependency CVE incompatibilities; security scan and functional tests, along with any further issues found on all components of the pipeline.Overall responsibilities on all projects- Acted as the principal QA- Maintained all 6 API-components which formed EM- Tested code resiliency through performance testing on Gatling- Managed Jenkins pipeline; tasks included fixing dependency CVE incompatibilities; security scan and functional test issues- Performing and issuing regression tests for external services which consume EM API’s- Developed & maintained cucumber tests- Used ServiceNOW to handle and resolve any issues raised- Developed Java based unit tests- Java integration tests of API’s- E2E testing in Node.js w/Codecept- Code coverage improvement & maintenance- Increasing pipeline reliability- Conduct UAT & regression tests- Execute automated scripts for uploading files- Used Azure CLI to monitor script execution and behaviour- Mastered the new HRS system & mentor new users on how to add & modify hearings- Monitor prod logs on the gov.uk notify portal and replicate issues found- Review tests ensuring all areas of the project were covered before going live
