As an Area Director with NFC Amenity, I’ve spent the last 1 year and 7 months leading large-scale concierge operations across luxury Class A residential properties while driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and strong client relationships.During my time with the company, I’ve successfully expanded our market footprint from 6 properties to 13, overseeing 18 services across two states centered in the heart of 3 metropolitan cities(Nashville, Birmingham, Auburn) I directly manage a talented team of 11 Site Directors and lead the day-to-day operations that support a yearly net revenue of just under $2.5M.I’ve also played a key role in helping launch a brand-new department, where I implemented scalable systems and processes that set the foundation for long-term success. In addition, I was among the first five leaders in the company to successfully introduce and operate a newly created service across multiple properties—from payroll and staffing to quality control and client satisfaction. This initiative allowed me to work closely with property management partners to ensure elevated service delivery and seamless execution.I’m passionate about operational strategy, team development, and creating service experiences that strengthen and lead the industry in resident satisfaction and client trust.
