I have been delivering BSL training at Nespresso twice a month for over a year, helping employees develop essential communication skills with Deaf colleagues and customers. My training sessions focus on practical BSL use in the workplace, fostering inclusivity and accessibility.A Historic Moment for the UK For the first time in the UK, a major company like Nespresso has truly embraced BSL training! Created custom BSL flashcards to support staff in learning and retaining key signs.
