I am an entrepreneurial leader, researcher, and leadership coach specializing in intuitive decision-making, human performance, organizational transformation, and Human Resources. With over 25 years of progressive experience across a wide range of industries and organizations, I bring a unique, science-backed approach to leadership that blends data-driven strategy with the power of intuition.Currently, I lead HR at Ironclad Environmental Solutions where I drive cultural transformation, leadership development, operational excellence, and accelerated growth. My work challenges traditional HR frameworks by integrating the latest insights from Industrial and Organizational Psychology, behavioral science, and intuitive leadership research.I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Organizational Communication and Development, and a B.S. in Business Administration.
