My journey in finance began with a simple curiosity about how financial decisions shape the world. Over more than 15 years, that curiosity has grown into a commitment to making risk management smarter, teams stronger, and work more meaningful. At J.P. Morgan, each day gives me the chance to solve real problems—whether that’s streamlining credit risk workflows so my team spends less time on manual tasks and more time on what really matters, or weaving ESG principles into our investment decisions because I believe finance should drive positive change. I’m especially proud of the relationships I’ve built and the people I’ve helped grow. Leading intern hiring for CRMO and mentoring colleagues isn’t just a part of my job—it’s the part that brings the most lasting satisfaction.
