The Studio is an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio that works in the sphere of museum complexes and museum and thematic exhibitions, adaptive reuse of heritage buildings, cultural spaces, art programs, and installations rooted in crafts communities across India and elsewhere in the world.Key Responsibilities:1. Draft project pitch and budget estimate for museum, exhibition and installation projects. Draft project internal action plans, coordinate tasks and supervise a multidisciplinary team to complete milestones from concept to execution.3. Drive project planning and external communications, including proactive liaison with clients and vendors to advance project progress. Handle financial aspects of projects, including budget estimation, invoicing, and payment management.5. Manage project documentation, update studio folio for business development, and maintain an online presence across the website and social media. Develop and implement recruitment and management strategies for teams.Key Achievements:1. Supported the director in the planning, developing and completing of 5 state-level museums, 1 private gallery, 2 corporate events and 2 thematic exhibitions. Assisted the director in conceptualizing, executing, and documenting 40+ museum-quality exhibits inspired by traditional arts and crafts.3. Assisted the director in directing and storyboarding 15+ short films/motion graphics featuring the making of traditional arts, crafts and architecture.
