Supervise staffs for data infrastructures’ designs, establishments, and maintenance in all federally (e.g, NIH, NINR) and non-federally funded medical research studies. • Oversee projects performances and work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure accurate designs of essential data structures and settings to achieve milestones and deliverables, and to comply with IRB requirements. • Optimize data extraction and cleaning procedure to enhance data precision. Prepare datasets and codebooks for research analysis needs, and create multiple reports to help PIs track projects’ progress and support strategy and decision making. • Lead the automation process for dashboard visualization and data analysis, adeptly developing scripts for application across diverse projects. Provide multifaceted supports (administration settings, surveys build up, algorithms coding, etc.) for project management via REDCap and Qualtrics platforms. • Collaborate with project coordinators to monitor project operation and troubleshoot data-related issues. Train and provide guidance to coordinators and research assistants as needed.
