Spearheaded the creation and development of a comprehensive Career and Learning Center at the GT campus, guiding a dedicated team through the launch and management of a suite of services including career education, skills training, and support for graduate school applications, as well as enhancing learning and teaching initiatives. In my role, I forged synergistic partnerships with stakeholders from industry, government, and educational sectors to refine our center\'s offerings.My strategic leadership in the design and delivery of innovative career exploration programs led to the successful rollout of \'Design Your Career\' courses, a Career Exploration Month enriched with industry panels and skill workshops, alongside tailored site visits and personal consultations—all of which resulted in high engagement and satisfaction. I championed a targeted career advancement program, orchestrating global education briefings, graduate school preparation workshops, and alumni success forums.Addressing the campus-wide need for learning support, I implemented targeted programs like learning strategy courses and a peer tutoring program. These were complemented by individualized learning strategy consultations, ensuring that every student had the tools and resources needed for academic and professional success.
