Femi Faoye is a senior global commercial real estate executive with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide real estate strategy, large-scale transactions, capital deployment, and portfolio optimization for complex, global organizations.Mr. Faoye currently serves as Head of Real Estate Transactions & Strategy for the Americas at BNY, where he has responsibility for the execution and governance of all owned and leased real estate across the region. In this role, Femi partners with C-suite leaders, finance, and business heads to align real estate decisions with operating strategy and long-term growth objectives, while navigating regulatory, risk, and market constraints. Previously, Femi served as Global Head of Real Estate Transactions at WeWork where he led global deal execution, underwriting, managed the investment committee approvals across the global portfolio, and asset-light development - transacting across multiple geographies in highly dynamic market conditions. In parallel with his corporate leadership, Femi is deeply committed to community impact and economic empowerment. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Developing Responsible Economically Advanced Model-Citizens, Inc.(D.R.E.A.M.), a New York City–based, financial education and advocacy 501c3 organization focused on closing wealth and opportunity gaps for underserved youth. He also serves as Treasurer and a founding board member of Kwenda Collegiate Girls Charter School in Brooklyn, NY, experience that reinforces his strengths in fiduciary oversight and governance.Femi is a recipient of the Amtrak Pioneer Award and has been featured in CNBC.com, Black Enterprise Magazine, Power 105.1 (NYC), and Delta SkyMiles Magazine.He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Trinity College (Hartford, CT).
