IHA is a multi-provider behavioral health practice operating across California and Nevada. I accellerated their internal operations platform from its initial state into a system the clinical team uses daily to manage appointments, patient communication, audit PHI access, and other practice workflows- Designed the full data architecture and domain model for the platform, including how raw EHR data (Tebra) gets ingested, stored, and surfaced. Separated vendor concerns from business logic so the system absorbs upstream changes without rework- Built an event-driven pipeline that automates patient reminders, cancellation notices, welcome messages, and internal staff notifications, handling auditing needs and idempotency challenges- Developed bespoke UI framework for dashboard the practice runs on: appointment calendars, patient sheets with live reminder status, a cancellation review queue, and an email campaign builder for patient outreach. Framework included JSON Schema driven code generation for enhanced productivity from coding agents.
