ABOUT CHRISTOPHER WEBER-FÜRST

My mission is to accelerate a human, grandchildren-friendly future by empowering courageous leaders – especially women – to create organisations where people, profit and planet can all thrive. I partner with senior leaders, teams and organisations who are ready to move beyond “business as usual” and step into more conscious, values-driven leadership. As an executive coach, leadership developer and thought leader on female leadership and evolutionary consciousness, I bring over 23 years of international experience across industries and cultures. I have worked in person in X countries, from global corporations and financial institutions to public sector and purpose-driven organisations, helping them navigate transformation, complexity and cultural change. I design and deliver deep, experiential programmes in executive and team coaching, female leadership, culture transformation and conscious leadership. My work integrates cutting-edge leadership research, Jungian psychology and Barrett’s 7 Levels of Consciousness into practical, business-relevant interventions that shift mindsets and behaviour – not just skills. I provide professional coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and high-potential talents who want to lead themselves, others and change with greater clarity, courage and authenticity. Together we work on strategic thinking, boundary-setting, stakeholder influence, and creating environments where diverse talent – especially women – can stay, grow and lead. I also support organisations in building talent and succession pipelines, leadership frameworks, and transformation initiatives aligned with their values and strategy. This includes advisory work with HR and top management, facilitation of strategic dialogues, and the design of learning journeys that truly stick. Over the years, I have collaborated with clients such as Allianz, Airbus, Ariane, HEC University, BNP Paribas, Giesecke and Devrient, Consorsfinanz, Porsche, DnB Bank, Nordea Bank, Conoco Phillips, Adidas, GapGemini, SAS Airlines, McKinsey and delivered keynotes, workshops and leadership journeys across Europe and the Middle East. The impact of my work is reflected in long-term partnerships with clients who see leadership not as a title, but as a commitment to shaping for a better future.
