I’m a serial fintech entrepreneur and managing director with 10+ years building and scaling regulated digital platforms in wealth management, brokerage and real estate.I founded RIDE, a BaFin-regulated digital wealth platform, and later integrated it into the FELS Family Office / FELS Steuerberatung, creating a fully digital investment offering within a multi-family-office environment. I led product, operations and regulatory topics end-to-end – from licensing and securities booking to client communication and automation.Before that, I was founder & CEO of NewStore, a global omnichannel retail SaaS platform backed by tier-1 VCs and serving brands such as Adidas, Rituals and Jimmy Choo. I structured VC financings totalling $47m and supported multiple acquisitions and a partial exit.I enjoy designing scalable, automated processes in complex regulatory environments and translating them into clear products and teams. I work best at the intersection of founders, regulators, investors and engineers.Currently I’m based in Berlin, writing a book and open to CEO / MD or CFO-style roles in fintech / financial services./ I work fluently in German and English.
