ABOUT FELIX SCHMIDT

I speak both engineering and strategy, guiding digital projects at NEONEX. Prior to this, I gained experience in Project & Product Management during my work-study at Bosch, focusing on the semiconductor industry. Earlier, I served as a Founder’s Associate at a climate-focused startup, where I was deeply involved in SEO strategy execution, business development, AI-driven process optimization, and website management.Additionally, I completed an internship at Porsche AG in Sales Operations for Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur & Tequipment where I supported the digital sales strategy and consulted on the development of digital products like NFTs for web3. My career also included a dual studies position at Glen Dimplex Deutschland where I gained practical experience in national and international industrial engineering, customer interaction, marketing and sales.Regarding my educational journey; I hold a double degree in “Digital Industrial Management and Engineering” with an M.Sc. from ESB Business School and an M.Eng. from Stellenbosch University, where I also spent a formative semester on campus. Before my master’s I graduated with a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on international technical sales management at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) including an Erasmus semester in Finland.Got ideas for positive change?
