My professional, academic as well as private endeavors have often put me into an international context and confronted me with stakeholders from all over the world. Thanks to these experiences, I have gained valuable insights and knowledge. As a lecturer at StudiumPlus I have started to teach some of these lessons learned to undergrad students. I teach the course \"Internationalization Strategies\" for students in their final Bachelor\'s semester and try to answer the below questions: What motivates companies to go abroad?Where should they produce and how can they increase sales?How can firms analyze what markets to enter?Finally, what kind of intercultural competences do leaders need?

In short:I am a creative and innovative team player with 7+ years experience in strategy, consultancy and business development roles at global market leaders. Currently, I consult the top management of Mercedes-Benz, build up a local brand with BID Tour and teach undergraduate students in Internationalization Strategies.and a little longer:I have a keen interest in intercultural cooperation, which intensified during my 2 Master’s degrees in International Management and Business. I am proud to say that I graduated summa cum laude from both international programs. I like to lead intercultural teams, creatively communicate bold visions and empower sustainable change. I am a driven and passionate global citizen, who seeks to make an impact!My past adventures have exposed me to many smart and kind people spread across the globe. I am proud to say that I have lived, studied and worked in Germany, Australia, Scotland, Portugal, Canada & China and can call them all my (temporary) home. I am always looking for interesting conversations and encounters, so feel free to reach out and connect!
