About Felix Lee
Most organizations don’t struggle because people won’t learn. They struggle because learning isn’t designed as infrastructure. In my current role leading learning for corporate functions, I operate at enterprise scale across Digital, Finance, People & Culture, Corporate Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Business Development and Internal Audit. My focus is shifting from programs to platforms, governance, and operating frameworks that increase organizational learning capacity and reduce friction between intent and execution.I work on building the systems that make strategy executable: enterprise learning and capability infrastructure that enables organizations to adapt, re-skill, and deliver change at speed — and to sustain that capability through growth, transformation, and reorganization. Many transformations fail not because the strategy is wrong, but because insufficient attention is paid to the business of people — the capabilities, behaviors, and systems required to execute change. My work sits at that intersection, applying enterprise learning, behavioral science, and operating frameworks to make change durable rather than episodic.I focus on enterprise transformation where learning must survive leadership changes, evolving strategies, and structural complexity.I welcome well-defined conversations with C-suite leaders, transformation executives, and boards working on enterprise transformation, learning as infrastructure, and long-term organizational resilience. If you reach out, please share the specific context or objective so we can make the exchange meaningful.
