My work focuses on designing execution systems where performance is predictable, decisions are fast, and scale doesn\'t break profitability.The industry is full of experts who understand construction or technology. Very few understand how the two collide on real sites. My background combines executing mega-projects across the UAE and India with building an AI-first operating ecosystem for project-based businesses.I don\'t treat software as an add-on. I design operating models first — then use data and AI to reinforce how work actually happens on site. The goal: digital systems that reduce friction instead of adding dashboards nobody trusts.
