Deployment of Verkor Operational System (VOS) in the Assembly and Formation APU (from electrodes notching to final cell quality control).Supporting the ramp-up of Verkor\'s first EV battery production line in Grenoble. Operators and technicians training for 4 shifts (24 hours a day). Knowledge transfer from process, maintenance and quality teams to operations through standardisation of Working and Cleaning Instructions, as well as Defects Portfolio to stabilise the production.Structuring a decontamination plan by zone to fulfill our client\'s requirements in terms of technical cleanliness.
