ABOUT FELIX WU

As Chief Financial Officer at goeasy Ltd, I lead the company’s financial strategy, capital management, performance discipline, and investor relations, supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation. I am passionate about ensuring Canadians have access to responsible credit solutions that help meet their needs today while providing an opportunity to rebuild their credit over time.I bring over 20 years of leadership experience spanning finance, operations, and risk management in the financial services and fintech sectors. As a leader, I strive to be authentic and open while maintaining high standards across my team and the broader organization. Prior to joining goeasy, I served as CFO at KOHO, where I strengthened the company’s finance, risk, and compliance functions during a period of rapid growth. I previously held CFO and COO roles at President’s Choice Financial and served as CFO and Chief Risk Officer at Capital One Canada.I hold a B.Comm and M.A. in Economics from Queen’s University, and I am both a CFA and CPA (Delaware). I have also proudly served on the Board of BGC Canada since 2010.
