I lead market assessments and go-to-market strategies for new markets, develop and implement pricing models to improve monetization, and play a central role in investor communications and fundraising. Additionally, I manage the full M&A lifecycle from target sourcing to integration planning, working closely with the leadership team to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
