Leading a team dedicated to identifying and implementing solutions - somewhere from innovative to pragmatic - regarding coffee systems and producers for NKG\'s global green coffee supply chains. We aim to meaningfully contribute to climate change mitigation, foster coffee producers\'(and NKG\'s) climate resilience and improve farmer livelihoods. Focus areas of support provided include- Structuring initiatives with customers and partners to drive carbon reduction/removal and regenerative agriculture- Implementing NKG\'s farmer livelihoods programs and support NKG colleagues in coffee origins to provide crucial producer services- Identifying and promoting strategies to disseminate climate-smart and regenerative on-farm practices- Coordinating NKG\'s access to finance initiative targeting smallholder farmers and supporting the company\'s Sustainable/ESG Financing efforts.
