We offer full scale Civil Engineering & Surveying services including Due Diligence, Site & Master Planning, Landscape Architecture, Permitting, Construction, Rezoning & Public Representation, GIS for Commercial, Institutional, Municipal, and Residential land development projects. Our firm has the staffing and resources to accommodate projects both large and small and serve areas across the Southeast including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. Founded in 2011 in Pawleys Island by professional engineers David Gantt and Jim Green, G3 Engineering quickly became renowned on the Grand Strand for their high-quality customer service and precise expertise in engineering and surveying. Which is why, a year later, the partners expanded to include registered landscape architect Felix Pitts and, in 2017, G3 Surveying was formed to support the demand of more clients and projects in that realm.
