ABOUT FELIX PAUSE
As co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Dive CAE, I built and scaled a multiphysics simulation platform for hardware R&D teams. Took Dive from early scientific breakthrough to €10M Series A, 7-digit ARR, 40+ employees, and 100+ enterprise customers (Incl. BMW, ZF, Schaeffler, Siemens) across EU, US, and Asia. I covered the full founder stack: product strategy, GTM strategy, team building and org design, enterprise sales, and hands-on customer work. But product is where I go deepest: vision, roadmap, discovery, and building orgs that ship on cadence.I\'m an aerospace engineer by training who built and shipped a complex software product (algorithmic compute, petabyte-scale data) to conservative industrial buyers and non-expert users. I have a passion for deep tech and can go from whiteboard sessions with a research team to procurement negotiations with enterprise R&D leaders.
