Senior Associate – HR (Business Partner)I am part of the HR Business Partner (generalist)/ Talent Management team, mainly supporting Managers, Associates, and Analysts across the practice. My role focuses on handling HR-related activities and ensuring they are implemented effectively to meet both employee and business needs.Key Responsibilities:Act as a resource and support to practice management on HR matters like onboarding, performance management, coaching, and policies.Handle HR processes and ensure timely and accurate delivery of activities.Coordinate with corporate teams on areas like pre-employment checks, visas, benefits, and leave cases.Provide support to employees and managers on performance concerns, PIPs, and development planning.Help create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and assist with their integration.Support the midyear and year-end performance review cycles and follow up on performance issues.Work with Resource Managers to align project roles with employee development goals.Keep track of employee morale and share observations or concerns with the HR leadership team.Share process improvement ideas and help with implementing changes across the team.Prepare reports and help analyze data related to engagement, onboarding, and attrition.Take part in special HR projects like testing or rolling out new internal tools or processes.Collaborate with other HR team members and contribute to team learning and training sessions.
