1) Ensure all new product developments—including drinks, equipment, and demonstrators—meet the required quality standards.(2) Strategically engage in relevant aspects of product development, such as equipment, manufacturing, consumable supply, technical documentation, and company quality systems, to uphold accountability for quality.(3) Define and deliver requirements and specifications structured to facilitate quality assurance through validation and verification, collaborating with certification and test leads as well as the product development manager.(4) Design the test, validation, and verification strategy, securing support from management and technical stakeholders.(5) Integrate quality considerations across technical workstreams (hardware, software, systems, third parties, and customers) to ensure continuous validation and verification throughout the development cycle, despite competing priorities.(6) Lead the development of DFMEA, chairing working groups and incorporating insights from the full engineering spectrum.(7) Support HACCP assessments, coordinating working groups and securing input from internal and external technical experts.(8) Coordinate Operational Readiness Assurance for seamless handover to PLCM and Operational Excellence teams, including Early Detection, Early Resolution (EDER) through the completion of 0-series.Ensure overall product quality aligns with stakeholder expectations as defined in requirements and specifications.(9) Conduct critical manufacturer audits and report findings to directors.(10) Oversee product non-confirming and change management trends for data analysis.(11) Support company quality systems, ensuring alignment of NPD activities with quality standards, particularly during critical events such as external audits.Lead Post-Launch Product Review workshops
