ABOUT FELIX KUSCH

I am a general manager, investor, and advisor with a strong track record in building and scaling digital marketplaces and B2B software companies. I’ve led organizations of 500+ people, managed 9-digit revenue portfolios, and driven international M&A across Europe and beyond — working closely with top-tier PE firms including KKR.Most recently, I was CEO of immowelt, Germany’s 2nd biggest online property platform (>50m visits / month), where I defined and executed a commercial transformation that significantly accelerated growth and profitability. Under my leadership, we completed two strategic acquisitions and expanded best practices across international markets as part of AVIV Group.Previously, I served as Interim CEO at Immoweb in Belgium, where I turned around a slow-growing business unit, delivered strong overall topline growth, and increased employee engagement. Earlier, I led investments and value creation at Axel Springer Digital, executing major acquisitions in France and managing VC and growth-stage investments across Europe, the US, and Israel.My leadership is informed by a deep operational and strategic background, including management consulting with OC & C and extensive experience in PE portfolio management and digital transformation.
