I am an experienced Assistant Vice President (Claims) with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. My knowledge of the construction sector coupled with my varied claims project management experience has enabled me to steadily advance in my career, while providing great value. My areas of expertise include: commercial, auto, travel, casualty, transportation and cargo as well as other lines of insurance. Over the past 15 years, I have advocated for my local and global clients, handling complex claims with great care and interest. For example, at Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor, I oversee the claims management for a major client with more than 1,500 construction projects. As a trusted advisor to my clients, I ensure that they are provided with the best strategies and quality service every step of the way, while prioritizing compliance. Always conveying my passion for the industry in all of my work and interactions, in the summer of 2021, my colleagues at Marsh appointed me as co-chair to help spearhead the Diversity and Inclusion of the College Recruitment division within the company. I am proud to be the spokesperson for such an essential component and look forward to adding more great contributions to the industry as a whole.
