Over twenty (20) years of professional experience as Process Engineer working on different stages of projects - Feasibility study, FEED and Detailed Engineering – Upstream (Wellpad / pigging facility, flow lines, Gas Conditioning and Processing Facilities, Oil & Gas), Downstream (Crude Upgrader, Refinery and Petrochemical industry). Four (4) years of operating experience in Gas Plant and Pulp & Paper industry (Chemical Recovery Unit) providing ongoing engineering assistance to operations including troubleshooting, technical assistance, MOC, etc.Process Plant Simulation experience (Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, PRO II) and hydraulics simulation (Pipephase, Inplant, Flarenet, Arrow & Fathom. Process Studies, PDP and FEED packages. Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction. Support to Cost Estimating and work with vendors and contractors. Development of Process equipment specifications, Process Design Basis, Process Description, Heat & Material Balances, P & IDs, Instrumentation and control philosophy, PFDs, UFDs, MSDs. Pressure Relief System sizing basis. Relief Valve Evaluation. Lead experience.
