I am a lead EMT at Yale Emergency Medical Services, a student-run, state-licensed EMS agency that provides standby campus coverage under sponsor-hospital medical direction. I supervise EMTs on shift, provide emergency care per state and local protocols, and serve as a skills examiner for students in Yale\'s EMT course. As Lieutenant of Development, I direct campus-wide harm reduction efforts, nationwide EMS research partnerships, and organizational growth initiatives. I also oversee YEMS\' BLS, CPR, and First Aid certification offerings, and I teach courses as a certified ECSI instructor.
