Management of ARK’s grant access workstream utilising an automated system, towards substantial growth. This includes development of the current model to position the workstream to be scalable and development of partnerships on the supply and demand side of the grant access support. Lead resourcing plans and staff development and support in country implementation in priority countries (Sierra Leone, Kenya, Rwanda and Ghana).Support to the wider development of ARK, being actively involved in supporting the wider growth of ARK. This includes: critical and strategic advice; positioning and client pipeline development; partnership development beyond the grant access workstream; supporting the development of ARK’s Governance structure; and supporting fundraising efforts, where appropriate.
