Over thirty years experience managing general construction and mechanical works for industrial and commercial projects. Experience includes cost estimation and cost control, as well coordination and execution in the civil, electrical, mechanical, process and architectural disciplines. He has particular expertise in heavy industrial, bio-pharma manufacturing, and laboratory/pilot plant projects for high technology process-Managed FEMA, A 2.2 MM Bldg. Shell and 3.2 MM Tenant Improvement Project in San Juan Industrial Park-TJMAXX Plaza Carolina, Carolina Puerto RicoManaged the construction of a New TJMAXX store.He managed all aspects of the project including mechanical, electrical and civil works. This 42,600 sf 4.5 million dollars project was accomplished in a 5 month period-Army Reserve Training Facility, Juana Diaz, PRPresently Senior Project Manager for this $2.5 million training facility. The scope of works for this project includes Site-Works, Foundations and Tilt-up panels. With a construction schedule of 9 months this facility, located at Fort Allen Army base-Best Buy Plaza Carolina, Carolina Puerto RicoManaged the demolition of an old Capri store in which was later converted into one of the Best Buy Stores. He managed all aspects of the project including mechanical, electrical and civil works. This 36,600 sf 4.5 million dollars project was accomplished in a 3 month period-Best Buy Plaza Rio Hondo, Bayamon Puerto RicoManaged the demolition of an old Capri store in which was later converted into one of the Best Buy Stores. He managed all aspects of the project including mechanical, electrical and civil works. This 4.0 million dollars project was accomplished in a 3 month period-Best Buy Colobos, Carolina Puerto RicoManaged the construction of one of the Best Buy Stores. He managed all aspects of the project including mechanical, electrical and civil works. This 3.5 million dollars project was accomplished in a 3 month period
