Launching of EVCharge Go - Malaysia\'s first mobile EV charging as a service (MCaaS) business. Launch responsibilities:1. Business development: Contacted leads, conducted demos, developed pricing strategy & negotiated commercial terms with prospects. Procurement: Developed procurement strategy and request for quotation for product sourcing and negotiated pricing.3. Legal: Worked with Legal, Tax and Insurance teams to craft Collaboration Agreement with external partners.4. Finance: Worked with Finance & Procurement teams to process vendor payments, prepared basic valuation model for venture scale up.5. Operations: Developed operating schedule (pre-launch), worked with Operations to identify optimal deployment locations.
