My passion for thoughtful user-centered design is built on a foundation of 20+ years building digital products, understanding customer needs, and thinking strategically. It is the basis of all effective communication, and I listen for what is said as well as NOT said, in order to develop actionable insights and thoughtful partnerships.2) People always come first in my book.
