ABOUT FELIPE TURBAY

I am a trustworthy, determined, and direct person. I approach challenges proactively, with attention to detail and a strong orientation toward structure and process. As a psychologist, I am an adaptable and effective communicator who values meaningful work and is driven by impact and recognition through excellence. Over the past decade, I have worked with multicultural individuals and teams as a performance consultant, mental skills coach, and university lecturer. My focus has been to enhance personal and professional development, promote well-being, cultivate talent, and foster high performance—whether in sport, corporate, or academic environments. I bring an inclusive and human-centered perspective to every context I work in. As a researcher, I am particularly interested in the science behind human potential—especially in the areas of health, sport, and well-being. I have contributed to peer-reviewed academic books, taught at the university level, and led programs that bridge psychophysiology, behavioral science, and applied psychology to improve motivation, recovery, and performance. Currently, I am expanding my skill set into data science and digital health, with the goal of integrating psychological expertise with data-informed insights and AI applications. I believe that combining rigorous behavioral science with innovative technologies is key to developing solutions that have real-world impact.
