Lead two groups of teams to drive product value streams and enable great developer experiences. Managed several senior direct reports, including Team Leads and Staff Engineers. I indirectly managed a group of 20+ individuals and conducted 100+ interviews to find culturally and technically suitable team members. I fostered team topologies as a tool for organizational design to drive results more effectively and an agile and objective-oriented culture aligned with business priorities. I lead the transition to distributed architecture and from on-demand to automated ephemeral staging environments. I strongly contribute to the Incident Management process, the adoption of OKRs as a goal management system, and capabilities that drive the improvement of DORA metrics. In summary, I am responsible for leading and managing teams, implementing organizational design and agile culture, and driving technology transformations to improve the company\'s products and services.
