Joined Luxury Escapes working remotely from Brazil and, after two years of contributions, was invited to relocate to Sydney under a company-sponsored visa, reflecting performance recognition and long-term trust.Contributed to multiple large-scale, high-impact projects- Experiences Platform: Built a booking system for global experiences, integrating multiple providers and Google Maps API to enhance user journeys- Cruise Platform: Led development from scratch, ingesting and processing thousands of cruise sailings daily via FTP. Designed resilient async processes to consolidate fragmented data into a single cohesive product offering- AgentX Migration: Engineered a two-way sync migration of millions of records between Salesforce and Zendesk, enabling live migration while preventing data loss and infinite loops. One of the most complex and mission-critical projects of my career- Voice AI Bot (Lukas): Developing a conversational AI assistant to support customers with reservations, payments, transfers, and booking management. Responsibilities include building REST APIs for bot interactions, designing workflows via Lorikeet, enhancing prompt quality, troubleshooting issues, and improving the bot’s human-like communication.Tech stack: React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Redux, Prisma, SQL, AWS, Heroku, Jest, Cypress, CircleCI, REST APIs, SOLID, Agentic AI.
