Responsible for the design, testing, start-up and commissioning of the protection and control aspects of synchronous condenser (SC)- Proficient installation and configuration of Mark VIe controller, which is used in a variety of applications, including gas turbines, steam turbines, wind turbines, and nuclear plants- Review and approve primary equipment for substations such as Breakers, Main Power Transformers, Surge Arresters, CTs, PTs- Review and approve equipment for Synchronous Condensers such as Lube Oil Skids, Cooling Pump Skids, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Switchgear, Switchboards, Pony Motors, and Motor Control Centers- Program and troubleshoot HMI system to optimize production efficiency- Integrate sensors, relays, RTU and switches - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to develop innovative automation solutions- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for control system operations and maintenance- Review drawings such as schematics, layout, wiring, one line diagram, three line diagram, AC/DC Panels- Review and design innovative solutions for new synchronous condenser projects- Technical skills: electronics lab instruments (multimeter, power supplies, oscilloscope)
