Key Projects & Impact•Care Without Delay (CWD) Portfolio: Managed and supported a portfolio of 21 transformation projects, including 13 directly under my leadership, spanning ED, inpatient, transitions of care, and operational standards. Directed multi-hospital deployments that reduced length of stay (LOS) and avoidable LOS, improved throughput, and hardwired standardized workflows across the system. Collectively, these initiatives will drive over $50M in measurable impact.•Value-Based Care Proforma: Designed and executed detailed financial models that identified $40M in employee value and $65M in opportunity, aligning staffing models, care management ratios, and financial strategy with long-term value-based care goals.•Community Health Worker Program: Supported build of operational infrastructure for the CHW initiative under the Value-Based Care Institute (VBCI), including workflow design, KPIs, escalation protocols, and SOPs. This enabled scalable population health management and integration of social determinants of health into care planning.•System Integration & Governance: Partnered with Cone Health, Risant Health, and Kaiser Permanente leadership to align discovery, engagement planning, and implementation strategies. Designed governance models and executive reporting structures to support enterprise-wide accountability and operational transparency.•Operations Enablement: Developed and standardized case management infrastructures, escalation pathways, and service line agreements. These efforts enabled consistent operational readiness, supported staffing realignment, and established monitoring systems that improved care coordination and reduced system fragmentation.•Executive Strategy Support: Served as both a strategic advisor and implementation lead, bridging executive vision with frontline execution. Facilitated discovery workshops, opportunity prioritization, governance model design, and executive reporting to ensure organizational alignment.
