ABOUT FELIPE DA SILVA
TLDR: Hi, I\'m Felipe. I partner with municipalities, engineering consultants, and developers to bring their water tank projects to life. With a focus on preconstruction services and business development, I help clients navigate the world of prestressed concrete tank construction.Full Bio: I\'m driven by a passion for ensuring access to clean water by building sustainable water infrastructure solutions. During my undergrad studies, a pull toward water in the developing world led me to pursue a master\'s in water and environmental engineering in Finland. This included an eye-opening project working with rural water utilities in Kenya. While extremely rewarding, I later realized I didn\'t have to go abroad to do meaningful and impactful work. I could do it right here at home, in the US.My experience in land-development helped me cultivate my skills in technical design, multidisciplinary collaboration, and client interactions, which are all crucial for success in my current role. At DN, I\'ve found an ideal position that combines my passions for sustainable water infrastructure and business development. As Regional Manager for Southern California and Hawaii, I leverage my technical expertise and collaborative spirit to identify ideal projects for our top-tier, sustainable tank solutions. I cultivate strategic client partnerships, manage accounts, and guide clients through the tank design/construction process. Our solutions ensure communities have the infrastructure they need for a safe and sustainable water future (3500+ tanks and counting).Specialties:Site Development / Land DevelopmentProject ManagementDrainage DesignStormwater ManagementLow Impact DevelopmentAutoCAD DraftingGradingSediment & Erosion ControlSite InspectionConstruction SupportSustainable DevelopmentWater ResourcesBusiness DevelopmentWater/Wastewater
