About Felipe Posada
I am a recent graduate of Washington and Lee University, pursuing a career in Investment banking. At W&L, I directed the Washington and Lee Real Estate Society, an organization that invests $1.5MM of the university\'s endowment in real estate securities. Over the summer of 2023, I interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank on the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure, and Lodging (REGLL) team, where I excelled in financial analysis, valuation, and industry research on live deals, which led to a return offer. The previous summer, I interned at J.P. Morgan\'s Latin America Private Bank, where I proficiently analyzed various potential investment vehicles for private banking clients and received a return offer. My passion for real estate led me to participate in Eastdil Secured\'s Real Estate Finance Training Program in 2021, where I gained hands-on experience in fundamental and real estate-focused financial modeling using Excel, further solidifying my desire to pursue a career in the real estate industry. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy rock climbing, playing the guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
