ABOUT FELIPE USUGA GONZALEZ

Chartered civil engineer (CEng MICE) with over 15 years of work experience. I have undertaken design, project engineering and construction roles in large scale international projects at all stages (concept, feasibility, construction and completion/operation). My career to date has spanned several engineering sectors incl. oil & gas, telecoms, and railways infrastructure, where I have gained comprehensive practical, management, technical and commercial skills. Including: • Held green belt Six Sigma training and application. Track experience applying tools and data analysis approaches• Manage input and coordinate interfaces of third-party (consultants, subcontractors & vendors) and conducting technical audits. Professional experience at all stages design, construction, and completions/operation• Project management lifecycle experience: tendering, concept, feasibility, detail, and value engineering design• Liaison with project management team and client’s representatives• Civil works material requisitions, subcontract formation and management• Scheduling, planning and monitoring civil / Structural / Architectural / Railways track, OLE and signaling deliverables• Field Engineer: subcontract management of earthworks, underground services and civil concrete works.
