ABOUT FELIPE RIZZO

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, with the charm of countryside vibes, I’ve always been fueled by resilience and a love for genuine connections. My journey has been anything but conventional, and every chapter has shaped who I am today. At the turn of the millennium, I moved to London with my best friend, landing in Shoreditch when it was an up-and-coming neighborhood. Navigating a new city and language wasn’t easy, but with determination (and some blagging!), I found my footing. One of my earliest roles was at the exclusive GE Club inside the Great Eastern Hotel (now Andaz), where I crafted cocktails for icons like Mick Jagger, Naomi Campbell, and Kate Moss—a true highlight of my early career. The adventure didn’t stop there. I spent a fantastic year in Sydney - Manly Beach, working at the beachfront Bluewater Café, where I embraced the relaxed, eclectic vibe of Australian hospitality. Returning to London, I became stock manager for Shoreditch’s pioneering Cantaloupe Tapas Bar and Restaurant, part of the Cantaloupe Group. Witnessing the transformation of Shoreditch into a vibrant hotspot was incredible, but life had more in store. I eventually moved to the countryside to start a family and transitioned into a sales career. Later, I returned to Brazil to launch my own advertising agency and production company—a challenging yet rewarding chapter, leading a team of 10+ and running a thriving business. After eight years, I decided to move back to the UK to ensure my sons received an excellent education. Now, I’m excited to be diving into the world of Recruitment, with a special focus on the hospitality sector. My multicultural perspective, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for connecting people with meaningful roles come together to help build exceptional teams that create unforgettable experiences.
