Leading a group of PI Engineers and Specialists responsible for the implementation of the\\\\nPipeline Integrity Program throughout Mexico region developed by TransCanada\'s Pipeline Integrity Group in Canada.\\\\nThe Pipeline Integrity Program includes support for all TransCanada NG transportation systems in Mexico as follow: Tamazunchale-1, TamazExt, Guadalajara, Topolobampo and Mazatlan pipelines.\\\\n\\\\nMain responsibilities:\\\\n-Leadership and set strategic direction and establish quantifiable goals and objectives to ensure that the Company\'s Pipeline Integrity group (MEX) performs at a level commensurate with customers\' and management\'s expectations.\\\\n-Managing the group in implementation of the external and internal corrosion programs including capital and O & MA, engineering support for encroachments, in-line inspection, anomaly digs, river crossing and offshore inspections, valve support, non-destructive, evaluation support, emergency response for all pipeline incidents, and EM coupon evaluation.\\\\n-Working to establish standards and implement processes to support a systematic and consistent approach to the group\'s functions in the Technical Center of Excellence in Canada.\\\\n-Develop, monitor, control and manage capital and O & MA budgets for Pipeline Integrity group, Pipeline Integrity Program, prior year carry-over, reimbursable projects and emergent work.\\\\n-Managing reports on spending monthly against capital and O & MA budgets.\\\\n-Assesses department workload and makes assignments on projects and sets priorities to ensure\\\\nthat systems are implemented per standards and supported as desired by customers. When\\\\nthere are competing priorities, must negotiate with customers for the greater good of the\\\\ncompany.\\\\n-Responsible for program implementation to meet cost, schedule, and performance\\\\nobjectives related to Pipeline Integrity and oversee necessary technical support for Field Operations.\\\\n\\\\n
