As the leader of the Global Talent Acquisition team, I oversee an 11-member team spread across Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, reporting directly to the CEO. My responsibilities encompass the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including talent retention and partnering with IT professionals outside the Brazilian market.• Manage and develop a team of 11 Recruiters through hiring, training, and regular 1:1 sessions and role plays.• Review and define the hiring process, collaborate with internal departments and payroll partners in multiple countries, and contribute to office expansion efforts.• Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and collaborate with the IT department to introduce new features and integrations.• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including:• Modeling candidate personas using Design Thinking methodologies.• Crafting job descriptions.• Strategizing Talent Acquisition efforts across various mediums such as job boards and social networks.• Sourcing and engaging candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and AngelList.• Conducting technical, cultural, and behavioural interviews.• Developing candidate assessments and generating data-driven recruitment reports.• Facilitating candidate onboarding and conducting periodic follow-ups to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.• I have spearheaded recruitment projects in multiple countries, successfully hiring professionals across a spectrum of roles including Software Engineers (e.g.Net, Java, Rust, Python, C++), Software Architects, Cloud & DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers & Architects, AI Architects, QA Engineers, Blockchain Engineers, BI Consultants, Support Engineers, corporate positions, and C-Suite roles.• Notable achievements under my leadership include driving a cultural shift towards a consultancy mindset in Recruitment, streamlining internal processes, and fostering collaboration with other departments.
