As the Lead of Accessibility for LA28, I’m proud to be driving the vision for a barrier-free Olympic and Paralympic Games, one that sets a new standard for inclusion, equity, and universal access. Building on my experience in architecture & urban design and transformative years as Manager of Venue Infrastructure team, I bring a deep understanding of how thoughtful design and cross-functional collaboration can create truly inclusive environments.In this role, I lead the integration of accessibility across every phase of Games delivery—from strategic planning and accessible venue design to operational readiness, inclusive guest experiences, and lasting legacy for the City of Los Angeles and other host cities. I work closely with all of LA28\'s internal Functional areas, major Games stakeholders, disability inclusion/accessibility SMEs, and delivery partners to ensure accessibility is not an afterthought, but a fundamental value embedded into the DNA of the Games.My passion lies in translating lived experiences, policy, and design principles into practical, human-centered solutions that remove barriers and celebrate diversity. For me, accessibility is more than a requirement—it\'s a commitment to dignity, independence, and full participation for all.

13 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture and Urban Design. I have great skills in developing projects from feasibility studies, SD, DD, CD, and Construction administration. I have excellent leadership qualities to manage an entire design team and project team. My experience includes expertise coordinating with project consultants, construction trades and plan check officials from various building departments. In addition, I have a few years of experience as teacher assistant for design studios at undergraduate and graduate levels.
