I am a Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where I help customers transform their businesses with innovative solutions built on the Salesforce platform. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Strategy & Management Consulting. I have a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM), optimization strategies, and market analysis, which I leveraged in my previous role as a Salesforce Consultant at IBM.As a Salesforce Consultant at IBM, I worked on various projects for clients in different industries, such as health insurance, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications. I applied my skills in eliciting system requirements, creating business documentation, designing and testing Salesforce features, facilitating discovery workshops, and implementing change management processes. I also contributed to the successful rollout of numerous Salesforce campaigns by identifying target accounts, creating pitch decks, and defining use cases for an A.I. digital assistant.
