Working as a Business Psychology Consultant for OE Cam based in Cambridge. Expertise in applying psychological principles and psychometric tools to improve individual, team and organisational effectiveness.Areas of focus include Leadership and Team development, providing online eLearning solutions and working with Senior Leadership Teams to increase their effectiveness. Having previously been a Student Trustee for my Students’ Union and I have first-hand experience of board effectiveness. I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to leverage their unique and collective strengths while accepting and working on their development areas and I have a particular interest in personality interactions and decision-making processes for both individuals and teams. Holding a Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Occupational and Business Psychology I am active member of the Association of Business Psychology, the British Psychological Society (including Division of Occupational Psychology) and registered on the BPS’s Register of Qualification Test Use (RQTU) with \'Test User: Occupational, Personality\' and \'Test User: Occupational, Ability\'(formerly Level A&B) testing qualifications.
