I specialise in planning and infrastructure consents, acting for Local Authorities and private developers. I advise on all types of development including large mixed use schemes, housing developments, energy, minerals and waste and large infrastructure projects. I have experience in promoting CPO’s for highways schemes and representing individuals on CPO compensation claims at Land Tribunal. I also advise on protective provisions in DCO’s.
