I have several years’ experience drafting Wills of varying complexity, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and administering estates. I am also able to assist and advise on acting as Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, setting up and administration of Trusts. I also have a background in residential conveyancing and advise and assist on such matters associated with Private Client matters, such as assents, first registrations, declarations of trust, etc. I am a Dementia Friend and have experience in dealing with those living with Dementia, helping them to get their affairs in order as early as possible.In 2022, I taught as an Associate Lecturer at Northumbria University providing cover for the Wills and Administration of Estates and Legal Writing modules for 4th year MLaw students.
