As Deputy Head of Pen Green I lead the Research, Training and Development Base where I have worked for the last 12 years. I am responsible for our postgraduate and undergraduate programmes alongside a dynamic team of adult tutors, administrators and finance personnel. Together we support approximately 350 students who are embarking upon a Pen Green Degree. In addition I manage DfE funded projects and innovate to ensure the financial viability of this self financing arm of Pen Green. I work closely with ECEC settings and schools in our locality.
