About Felicia Fly Stingone

I help founder-led organizations and purpose-driven brands navigate pivotal moments — when something important is emerging, but the path forward isn’t fully clear. Because when clarity emerges, belonging deepens, trust grows, and organizations move forward with confidence.Through strategic advisory, brand development, and leadership coaching, I help turn those inflection points into aligned strategy and confident decisions. At its heart, my work helps leaders clarify the promise their organization is uniquely positioned to deliver — and build the systems required to deliver it well.Over three decades in marketing and leadership, my work has moved across hospitality, consumer brands, technology, nonprofits, and higher education. I’ve collaborated with organizations including Union Square Hospitality Group, Smartwater, S’well, 92NY, Justworks, and WaterAid, helping leaders clarify what their organizations stand for and how they grow with purpose. My approach to brand strategy centers on what I call the Brand Promise Triangle. Many organizations struggle with what I call a Brand Vacuum — a moment when the market cannot clearly articulate what the organization stands for or why it matters. Teams describe the company in different ways, messaging feels inconsistent, and growth becomes harder than it should be.The work begins by defining a clear Brand Promise — the commitment the organization makes about the value and experience it will consistently deliver. From there, we build a Promise Delivery System aligning strategy, culture, communication, and experience so the organization consistently delivers on that promise. When those elements come into alignment, something powerful happens:Clarity creates belonging.Belonging builds trust.Trust unlocks growth.I also teach marketing and communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Marymount Manhattan College, where I aim to help students develop not only skills, but clarity about their voice and the impact they hope to make.Whether advising a brand, coaching a founder, or mentoring a student, my approach integrates wisdom, vitality, empathy, and strategy — because meaningful growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and invited to step fully into who they are becoming
